北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文办公建筑运行阶段节能策略研究 要近年来公共建筑运行阶段能耗高的问题日益显见，因此各个部门及企业公司都在想方设法的减少建筑的耗能，从而达到绿色环保的目的。其中办公建筑运行阶段能耗相对较高，具有较大的节能空间，而其节能特点在于建筑物已经存在且正在被使用当中，因此许多改造策略措施受到不同方面和不同程度的限制，在节能策略研究中还要充分地考虑办公建筑在经济效益及使用功能等方面的影响。在此背景下，本文分别从政府、业主方、物业公司、用户方四个角度分析办公建筑运行阶段的节能管理策略,同时收集我国办公建筑能耗的大量数据及样本，进行研究分析，并且总结发达国家办公建筑在节能运行管理上发展的教训，从而对抑制办公建筑能耗升高起到积极的作用。关键词：办公建筑，运行阶段，建筑能耗1北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractIn recent years, the problem of high energy consumption in public buildings is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, various departments and enterprises are trying to reduce the energy consumption of buildings in order to achieve the goal of environmental protection.Among them, office buildings get relatively high energy consumption and large energy-saving potential during operation, and their energy-saving features are that buildings already exist and are being used. Therefore, many renovation strategies and measures are limited by different aspects and degrees. In the study of energy-saving strategies, the impact of office buildings on economic benefits and use functions should be fully considered.
