论 文 题 目：大数据视角下的智慧政府“精准”治理能力研究摘 要大数据时代，互联网的发展引发数“聚”反应，进而产生数据的大爆炸，改变着人类社会生活的生产方式，更新着政府的治理理念。政府治理在大数据技术的推动下，从以技术为中心到以数据、场景为中心，这是智慧政府“精准”治理的重要一步。智慧政府“精准”治理过程中大数据可以为其提供决策和预测的支持，因此，政府治理更倾向于大数据治理，这也是智慧政府“精准”治理的新要求。目前，我国正在迈入智慧政府时代，享受着大数据红利，也面临着协同治理、数据共享等理念转变的难题。因此，智慧政府的“精准”治理能力，是政府应对社会改革创新的重要途径，也是政府创新治理能力的一种改革方式。本文着重阐述了大数据、智慧政府、精准治理的相关概念，分析了智慧政府建设的现状，围绕智能政府“精准”治理可能带来的问题进行了相应的分析，就解决的相应对策提出了个人的看法。关键词：大数据；智慧政府；精准治理IAbstractIn the era of big data, the development of the Internet has triggered a number of "clustering" reactions, which in turn has led to a big explosion of data, changing the mode of production of human social life and renewing the governance philosophy of government.
