摘要作为新能源车辆工业化的一大进步,纯电动汽车具有耗能低,车身轻便节省能源且对生态污染小、经济性好等一系列的优势。选择公共交通工具的消费者还有使用企业交通工具的公司对新能源汽车更为偏爱。近几年,国内在研究和开发电动车辆方面取得了迅猛发展。围绕这个方向各个高校和研究所相继研制出了体型、功能各异的多种类型纯电动汽车。对于车辆通过性能和行驶安全性的一个重要研究对象就是车辆的整体尺寸。本设计以一辆五座小型电动汽车的整体设计为研究对象。先是进行了大量关于电动汽车资料得研究,接着根据要求对发动机、电池组和机械控制系统进行挑选设计,根据汽车不同的种类开展研究,验算车辆的外部整体参数,在通过对于汽车人机工程学的知识掌握以及车身轻量化的实验计算之后完成了对电动车车身的设计与分析,以求车身外尺寸更加合理且具有更轻巧的整备质量,而且还能保证车身的安全性不会受到质量下降的影响。关键词:电动汽车 总体设计 断面分析 车身造型 ABSTRACT They are preferred by consumers who use public transport and private companies as shuttle buses.
