高栏港开发区废水废气处理工艺设计—废气处理珠海高栏港开发区废气处理工艺摘 要大气环境成为越来越多人关注的重点。开发区作为产生污染量的重要来源点之一,开发区企业生产的处理也就成为了一个重点课题。本文是设计开发区的废气处理工艺。本文根据开发区年产污染量和大气质量标准来设计处理工艺。开发区年废气产量为 11143857.26 万立方米,年产生废气二氧化硫、氮氧化物、烟尘、VOCs 量分别为:2956 吨、3182 吨、4814 吨、3239 吨。设计采用电除尘器处理烟尘,使用 SCR 工艺对烟气进行除氮氧化物处理,最后用吸收塔进行去除二氧化硫,VOCs 则有各工厂打包进行处理。本文经过设计计算,最终设计出最后工艺流程能达到该开发区的处理要求,使该开发区的废气达到环境质量标准二级排放标准。关键词:废气处理、电除尘器、吸收塔、选择性催化还原技术GaoLan Port Development Zone Sewage and Waste Gas Treatment —Waste Gas TreatmentAbstractPeople's requirements for air quality are generally improved, and the development zone is an important production area of air pollution.
