I基于回归分析的社会网络求职效应研究内 容 摘 要大学生的就业问题一直以来都受到社会的普遍关注,由于近几年高校不断的扩招,大学生的就业问题不但没得到妥善解决,反而供大于求的情况越来越突出,为了尽快找到工作,很多大学生都会选择通过社会网络资源来获得就业信息,所以社会网络资源对大学生的就业满意度的影响也逐渐引起社会的关注,因此本文主要是探讨社会网络资源对大学生就业满意度的影响,首先依据国内外对社会网络的研究与理论,提出社会网络资源与就业满意度之间的研究假设,设计发放与回收问卷,借助SPSS25.0,对回收的数据进行分析,运用回归分析的方法来验证假设,再根据研究结果提出建议,最后提出本次研究的不足以及对未来的展望。根据分析结果,我们得出以下结论:1、社会网络资源与就业满意度之间无显著的相关性,社会网络资源对职业满意度没有明显的普遍性影响。2.知识技能等级与就业满意度为正相关关系。3.干部经验等其他因素对就业满意度并没有影响。关键词:社会网络资源;回归分析;就业满意度;影响因素IIResearch on The Effect of Social Network Job Search Based on Regression AnalysisAbstractThe employment problem of college students has always been the general concern of the society.
