题目：在校护生专业价值观及影响因素研究 摘 要护生专业价值观的影响因素较多，而护生价值观方向的确定则多是在学校阶段，故而本文对在校护生专业价值观及影响因素进行探究。在针对于护生专业的发展现状调查中，研究当前护生专业毕业就业情况，从而更深层次的研究分析护生专业价值观，以及影响因素。再以此调查为基础，探讨影响护生价值观的主要因素，结合实际的专业环境，专业现状，为后续的护理行业从业人员提供先行护生价值观探索指导。关键词：在校护生；专业价值观；影响因素 AbstractThere are many factors influencing the professional values of nursing students, and the determination of the values of nursing students is mostly in the school stage. Therefore, this paper explores the professional values and influencing factors of nursing students. In the survey on the development status of nursing students, the current graduate employment situation of nursing students is studied, so that the professional values of nursing students and the influencing factors are further studied and analyzed.
