百世物流苏州店加项目配送管理研究摘 要物流企业涉足商业配送是一种新的业务探索，也将会形成一个新的利润增长点。百世物流科技有限公司上线的店加项目就是这样的一种尝试，该项目取得了较快的发展，但配送管理效率有待进一步提升。本文从苏州店加业务范围及客户，部门设置与人员安排，业务流程，配送车辆，配送区域，配送服务水平等方面对现状进行分析。提出苏州店加配送方面出现的配送车辆多，配送成本高，载重利用率低，配送成本高，配送服务交流性差，货损率高，配送不及时这四个问题，对这四个问题逐一分析。最后提出设定配送区域的客户订货时间，采用节约里程法规划配送路线，制定司机服务标准，提高装货效率，改善送货工具，加强送货时效管理这四个解决对策，将有助于降低店加配送成本，增强客户满意度。【关键词】百世物流，苏州店加，配送管理Study on Distribution Management of Suzhou Store Project of Best Logistics Technology Co.
