百世物流苏州店加项目配送管理研究摘 要物流企业涉足商业配送是一种新的业务探索,也将会形成一个新的利润增长点。百世物流科技有限公司上线的店加项目就是这样的一种尝试,该项目取得了较快的发展,但配送管理效率有待进一步提升。本文从苏州店加业务范围及客户,部门设置与人员安排,业务流程,配送车辆,配送区域,配送服务水平等方面对现状进行分析。提出苏州店加配送方面出现的配送车辆多,配送成本高,载重利用率低,配送成本高,配送服务交流性差,货损率高,配送不及时这四个问题,对这四个问题逐一分析。最后提出设定配送区域的客户订货时间,采用节约里程法规划配送路线,制定司机服务标准,提高装货效率,改善送货工具,加强送货时效管理这四个解决对策,将有助于降低店加配送成本,增强客户满意度。【关键词】百世物流,苏州店加,配送管理Study on Distribution Management of Suzhou Store Project of Best Logistics Technology Co.
