百世物流南京分公司物流成本控制研究摘 要现代物流作为现代经济的重要组成部分，在国民经济和社会发展中发挥着重要作用。物流成本是企业管理物流运作的核心指标之一，如何在不降低服务水平的前提下，降低物流总成本是企业的一项经营指标。物流成本是与物流相关的开支、花费或物流活动的最基本的费用。企业物流成本管理的实质,是把成本作为一种管理物流的手段, 并把物流成本作为衡量和评价企业各项工作的标准和尺度, 把物流工作放在同一标准和尺度下, 去比较和分析, 就会明显地发现企业物流活动中哪些环节存在问题, 以便有目标地解决问题。本文针对南京百世物流公司成本管理为主题展开论述，全文重点分为三个部分，即问题探究和对策分析，具体而言，百世物流南京分公司成本管理存在的问题包括物流装卸搬运成本占比过高、企业自身成本管理方法滞后、配送成本控制不足等，而相应的对策包括装卸搬运成本的控制、引入作业成本法、节约法在配送成本控制中的应用等。【关键词】 百世物流；成本管理；控制；核算Reasearch on logistics cost control of Nanjing Best Logistics AbstractAs an important part of modern economy, modern logistics plays an important role in national economy and social development.
