本科论文摘 要社区是社会的基本组成单元，是社会人群的主要活动场所之一。随着我国城镇化进程的不断加快，越来越多的城镇乡村被纳入城市管理范围中。紧凑有序的社区取代了松散凌乱的乡村，农村村民成为社区居民。生活水平的极大提高使得居民手中的可支配资金日渐增多，在保障温饱的同时对生活质量的要求也越来越高，居民渴望获得精神方面的满足，对公共服务的需求也日益增多。在这过程中，社区公共服务的供给也出现了许多问题。本文有针对性地以天津市滨海新区紫枫苑小区为调研对象，采用问卷调查与访谈相结合的形式，对该小区现行社区公共服务运行状况展开调查，在调查过程中发现该小区公共服务供给过程中存在的一些问题并提出了相应的解决措施，最后得出社区公共服务的供给应以居民实际需求为导向，不断提高公共服务供给质量的结论，希望能为其他“村改居”社区公共服务的供给提供参考，促进社区的长久发展。 关键词：“村改居”社区，公共服务，服务供给本科论文AbstractSociety is made up of small communities and a large number of people live in them every day.
