百世南京店加仓储优化研究摘 要随着我国经济的发展，物流产业也在迅速发展着，仓储是物流的重要组成部分，而仓储管理的状况好坏也决定着一个物流企业能否正常运转。本文介绍并分析了百世南京店加仓的仓储现状，找出其仓储管理存在的问题，通过优化仓库布局从而提升作业效率。对于仓储管理效率低下，运用 ABC 分类法，对仓库的商品进行分类管理，突出管理重点，同时改善盘点作业，从而让仓库更有效率的运转，获得良好的经济效益。【关键词】店加仓； 仓储管理；ABC 分类法；Research on Warehouse Optimization of Best Nanjing Dianjia AbstractWith the development of China's economy, the logistics industry is also developing rapidly, warehousing is an important part of logistics, and warehousing management of the situation also determines whether a logistics business can run properly. This paper introduces and analyzes the status of warehousing warehouse in Nanjing, and finds out the existing problems of warehousing management, and improves the efficiency of warehousing by optimizing the warehouse layout.
