大数据环境下 S 公司财务共享服务中心应用研究摘 要大数据时代的来临，推动了传统财务管理模式的变革，财务共享逐渐呈现在人们的视野当中，被更多的企业管理者认可，尤其是在大型企业和跨国企业中得到了广泛应用。随着大数据技术的不断成熟，财务信息呈现出多样化的特点，需要有更精确地财务分析能力，企业的管理层也逐渐意识到将大数据技术应用到财务共享服务中心中会给共享中心和企业带来新的进步，让企业更具有竞争力。本文主要运用文献研究法研究国内外学者对财务共享的由来、定义和实施进程；运用案例研究法引出本论文的主要研究对象——S 公司财务共享服务中心，针对研究对象研究财务共享的优势，应用情况，各业务流程的具体操作，各财务管理模块的不足之处；运用跨学科研究法研究大数据技术在财务共享服务中心中的必要性和可行性，大数据的应用给财务共享服务中心带来了哪些成效。本文将“大数据”与“财务共享”两个新颖概念混为一谈，说明了大数据对财务共享带来的作用，提出大数据环境下，财务共享服务中心需要改进和优化的流程模块，促进 S 公司财务共享服务中心更长远的发展。同时，也为其他企业建立的财务共享服务中心提供借鉴和参考。关键词：财务共享服务；财务共享服务中心；大数据技术IABSTRACTThe advent of the big data era has promoted the transformation of the traditional financial management model.
