农村养老保障问题研究摘要面对中国农村老龄化的到来，解决中国农村养老保障问题已经成为当务之急。论文要在分析国内外农村养老社会保障经验及各种农村养老保障理论的基础上，找出经济发展模式与养老保障模式之间的对应关系。即小农经济对应的是家庭养老保障，集体经济对应的是集体养老保障，社会化大生产对应的是社会养老保障。所以，解决农民养老问题的根本途径就是破除小农经济，发展现代化大农业，实现农业产业化、规模化、工厂化和农村城市化，提高农民收入、增强农民参保能力，培育适合社会养老保障制度生存的经济和社会基础。对于养老保障模式，由于中国农村幅员辽阔，各地的经济、文化、社会发展不平衡，必须从实际出发，综合各方力量建立统一多样性的农村养老保障体系，逐步实现养老保障的城乡统筹。关键词：农村地区；养老保障；发展现状；现存问题；发展对策AbstractThe face of the arrival of China's rural aging solve China's rural old-age security has become a top priority.
