广州市二胎女职工职场困境调查研究内 容 摘 要随着新时代的到来,我国职场女性的比例逐渐增加,但女性做为生育的主体其生产后所带来的生理和心理上的变化使得女性的职业资本减少和就业动机减弱等,严重影响了女性的就业和职业生涯发展。“全面二孩”政策的推行和实施其他相关的法律政策也发生了相应的修改,政府希望以此来保护女职工的权益,但与此同时,企业雇佣成本和管理成本随之增加,与追求最大利润为目的的劳动力雇佣者存在着冲突。本就存在被性别歧视的女性在就业和职业发展上承受着更大的压力,使得有生育二胎需求的女职工被迫调整其职业规划,二胎女职工遇到职场困境日益增多。本文将从广州市二胎女职工出发,找出她们的职场困境,帮助更多的二胎女职工维持家庭与事业的平衡,完成自己的职业规划。关键词:二胎;女职工;职场困境IA study on The Occupational Dilemma of Second Child Female Workers in GuangzhouAbstractWith the coming of the new era, the proportion of women in our country's workplace is increasing gradually.
