摘 要现如今，建筑行业发展缓慢，因为市场已经饱和，各企业为了能更好的盈利，通过降低成本或者压低销售价格进行薄利多销等手段来获取更多的市场份额，但是效果都不太显著。于是企业便开始通过加强自身的内部建设，以此来实现企业持续健康的发展。内部控制作为一项重要的管理手段，其中存货内部控制就是企业整体内部控制中一个重要环节，通过对其实施全面有效的内控管理能够帮助企业长期发展打下良好基础。本文以广西驰宁建材有限公司为研究对象，展开一系列研究探讨，得出问题并且分析给出相应的建议。本文一共有三大部分组成，第一部分主要的重点是介绍存货内部控制的相关理论内容，主要包括内部控制的概念与存货内部控制的含义以及关键点；第二部分开头介绍了广西驰宁建材有限公司，并简略的介绍了公司现行的存货内部控制制度，然后是本文发现的公司如今存在的存货风险管理体系不健全，存货控制活动管控力低下，存货内部控制相关环境薄弱，缺乏相关监督机构等四个问题的描述；第三部分则是根据问题提出了相对应的解决建议，为公司以后的长期发展做出保障；最后是结论，对全文做出总结，指出在当前社会大环境影响下，对建筑材料行业而言，做好存货内部控制，是企业取得长远发展的首要任务。关键词：建材公司； 存货； 内部控制AbstractNowadays, the development of the construction industry is slow because the market has been saturated.
