I广东省职业院校毕业生就业现状与趋势分析内容摘要随着社会的不断发展和进步，我国的教育事业在社会中的地位变得越来越重要了，而在社会发展进步的过程当中，高等职业教育在其中发挥着比较重要的作用。目前，社会各方逐渐开始重视高职院校的毕业生就业情况，但职业院校的毕业生在就业过程中仍然会出现很多的问题。研究高职院校毕业生就业现状与其就业趋势的发展，对高职毕业生就业有着重要意义，同时对于推动社会经济发展具有重要的意义。为研究广东省高职院校毕业生的就业现状与趋势，本论文主要以广东省三所职业学院为例，对这三所职业学院 2019 年毕业生的就业情况进行收集整合，并结合广东省职业院校毕业生几年来就业整体情况和调查问卷的调查结果，对高职毕业生就业的各方面情况进行研究，分析毕业生在就业过程中的一些问题，还有问题出现的原因，最后为解决高职院校毕业生就业过程中的问题提出相关的建议及对策，以帮助学生就业发展。关键词：高职毕业生；就业现状；就业发展IIAnalysis on the current situation and trend of employment of graduates from Vocational Colleges in Guangdong ProvinceAbstractWith the continuous development and progress of the society, the educational cause of our country has become more and more important in the social status, and in the process of social development and progress, higher vocational education plays a more important role.
