摘 要在市场经济飞速发展的今天，存货管理的地位在企业中逐渐变得很重要，企业如果想将资金高效的运转起来，十七冶长远稳定的发展，就必须根据企业自身的实际情况制定一个科学有效的存货管理方法。因此，令企业存货量维系在一个平稳的状态，改善企业内部的存货管理的方式，使企业的存货周转率稳步提高，这些对企业管理来说意义深远。大部分的中小型企业依旧没有认识到存货管理对企业的重要性，在经营过程中存在许多问题，这些问题得不到解决，企业资金周转率就不会有一个很好的提升。因此，本文以天津宝厚德商贸有限公司为例，重点研究企业的存货管理，对企业存货管理方式、内部控制、存货账务管理和信息建设这四个方面展开分析，根据企业存货管理出现的问题提出一些建议。分析结果表明，存货在企业中有着举足轻重的地位，要想保证经营活动能够顺利进行，必须要重视存货管理。企业可以通过制定科学的存货管理方法、完善企业内部控制、规范企业账务管理、加强企业信息化建设，以此来提高企业存货周转率从而保证企业经营的可持续性。关键词：存货管理； ABC 管理法； 资金周转率AbstractToday, with the rapid development of market economy, the status of inventory management is becoming more and more important in enterprises.
