摘 要农民工是随着我国改革开放进程的推进而不断发展壮大起来的群体，在改革开放 30 多年的实践中，他们为我国经济社会和城市的发展不断贡献着自己的力量。近年来，随着农民工年龄的增长，农民工这一群体逐渐形成。随着我国城镇化进程的不断推进，老一代农民工已经逐步为农民工所取代，农民工这一群体已经成为促进我国在新的时期经济发展、社会进步的重要力量。但是，由于各种主客观方面原因的影响，我国农民工在城镇就业却面临种种问题，这一群体的就业问题也日益引起我国政府乃至全社会的高度关注。因此，如何解决这一群体的就业问题就显得至关重要。本论文在深入研究我国农民工在城镇就业的现状、问题与原因的基础上，经过深入细致的分析，提出解决我国农民工就业问题的对策和建议。关键词： 农民工；就业问题；职业发展ABSTRACT With the advancement of migrant workers will be China's reform and opening-up process while growing up groups in the reform and opening up 30 years of practice,.
