摘 要随着经济的发展，现在越来越多的企业都重视起了企业的存货。因为存货在企业内部控制中，占据着非常重要的地位，只要做好存货内部控制，就可以使企业成本得到有效的控制，提高企业的盈利水平，从而加快企业的进一步发展，促进企业各项经济实力的提升。随着存货内部控制的不断发展，企业也越来越关注到存货内控的重要性，存货内控是企业成本控制中的关键，存货内控对企业的盈利能力以及实现战略目标都具有重要的影响。目前，我国很多企业没有意识到存货内控对企业发展有多大的影响，也没有对存货内控加以重视，更没有完善的存货内控体系来进行存货内控。这使得企业存货内控方面有许多问题，比如企业采购方式不规范、企业存货盘点方式不科学、存货结构不合理等，这都导致企业内部控制信息化进度发展缓慢，也制约了只要企业的发展。因此文章以在房地产企业中小有名气的沈阳龙湖天奕为例，对沈阳龙湖天奕存货内控现状进行分析，提出沈阳龙湖天奕存货内控管理体系中存在的问题，最后通过对沈阳龙湖天奕存货内控问题的探讨，提出提高中小企业存货内控水平的建议。关键词：存货内控； 内部控制； 解决方案AbstractWith the development of economy, more and more enterprises attach importance to the inventory of enterprises because of the inventory occupies a very important position in the internal control of enterprises.
