百世供应链库存管理研究-以太仓常胜仓为例摘 要随着经济全球化的发展，物流产业发展前景良好，市场竞争日益加剧，使得库存管理愈发成为企业管理的重要组成部分，尤其对于更新换代迅速的服装类商品，由于供应链上下游企业之间缺乏有效信息传递，库存问题已严重影响到企业日常盈利。不断优化库存管理，可以降低库存成本，减少资金占用，优化库存结构，提高仓库的盈利能力。本文以百世供应链太仓常胜仓的库存为研究对象，运用加权移动平均法、ABC 分类法、EOQ 模型等方法，提出突破太仓常胜仓库存现状瓶颈的相关解决对策及针对性优化方法，从而提升太仓常胜仓的整体库存管理水平，提高仓库的经济效益。[关键词]：库存管理；ABC 分类法；EOQ 模型Research on supply chain inventory management BESIn Taicang Changsheng warehouse for exampleAbstractWith the development of economic globalization, logistics industry development prospects, increasing market competition, the inventory management has become an important part of enterprise management, especially for the rapid upgrading clothing goods, due to lack of effective information transfer between enterprises of supply chain, inventory problem has seriously affected the daily profit enterprise.
