百世供应链江宁仓仓配作业优化研究摘要随着网络零售业的发展，越来越多的电商企业选择将物流方面的业务交由第三物流公司以集中精力发展核心业务。更高的工作效率和更合理的资源利用能够帮助第三方物流企业吸引更多的客户。仓储和配送是物流过程中的重要环节，对于仓配作业的优化，对于企业实现工作效率的提高和资源的合理利用有着重要的意义。本文以江宁仓的仓配作业为研究对象，首先对其仓配作业现状进行分析，其次，提出其仓配作业中存在的问题：退货上架库位选择不合理导致库位爆满、拣货库位分配不合理导致拣选效率降低、包装盒规格选择不规范导致包裹破损和资源浪费、临时工工作效率低且失误多。最后，针对这些问题，提出优化方案：以库位容积调整上架库位选择、灵活分配拣货库位、通过系统选择包装盒规格、利用自有员工进行监督并引入临时工奖惩机制，以提高工作效率，实现资源的合理利用。【关键词】江宁仓；仓配作业；优化The Jiangning Warehouse Distribution Operation Research of Best Supply ChainAbstractWith the development of online retailing, more and more e-commerce companies are choosing to give logistics business to third logistics companies to focus on the core business.
