I关于企业员工忠诚度的研究——以安踏公司为例内 容 摘 要进入 21 世纪以来,人才的重要性越来越明显。随着经济快速发展,企业越来越重视人才,越来越重视企业员工的忠诚度,因为人才在企业的发展过程中起关键性的作用,提高员工的忠诚度对企业的发展起到稳定的作用。因此,企业想得到稳定快速的发展,留住人才,提高员工忠诚度及其重要。安踏公司也不例外,不仅越来越重视员工忠诚度,而且越来越重视员工忠诚度的提升。本文根据安踏公司员工忠诚度为研究目标,采用问卷调查的方式研究安踏公司员工忠诚度以及影响因素并对问卷调查结果利用信度和效度检验,研究结果表明安踏公司的员工忠诚度水平是偏低的,其中影响安踏公司最主要的三大因素是工资、福利以及晋升机会。最后,通过问卷调查结果进行深入分析并结合安踏公司员工忠诚度的实际情况,针对如何有效提升员工忠诚度的问题提出建议。建议措施主要从:薪酬制度;福利;晋升机制以及晋升渠道这几方面出发。关键词:员工忠诚度;薪酬制度;福利;晋升机制IIResearch On Employee Loyalty –-An Example Of ANTA Company AbstractSince entering the 21st century, the importance of talents has become more and more obvious.
