百世店加苏州新区仓仓储内部优化研究 摘 要我国经济形式良好，零售业市场快速发展，竞争日益激烈，零售业发展中与其供货仓储管理紧密相连。零售型企业中，仓储管理非常重要，各部门枢纽，信息数据、库位定位、仓储物流等都包含其中，信息数据处理是企业信息提取处理、整合交互、显示的根本，是对产品销售的系统监控。仓储管理、数量合适，能避免仓库积压资金，能避免缺货威胁，实现资金周转，提高经济效益。本文通过对百世店加苏州新区仓近几年仓储管理现状进行分析，找出其目前仓储管理中存在的问题给出相应的解决方案。本文借鉴国内外仓储内部优化成果，运用仓储管理方法分析了百世店加苏州新区仓仓储管理现状，针对产品收货作业效率低、仓储管理成本高、完成品散屏数量大、仓库装卸搬运设备不合理等问题，从系统管理、基础信息、入库管理、出库管理、盘点管理、库存管理与查询模块等六个方面对百世店加苏州新区仓仓储管理方案进行了优化。 【关键词】百世店加；苏州新区仓；仓储管理；方案优化 Optimization of Dian Jia Best One warehouse storage in New District, Suzhou Abstract China's economy, the rapid development of the retail market, competition is becoming increasingly fierce, retail development and supply warehouse management are closely linked.
