高端水果物流信息系统中的质量监测技术研究高端水果物流信息系统中的质量监测技术研究摘 要随着人民生活水平的不断提高、消费者的购买力日趋增长，越来越多的人在日常生活中能进行高端水果的消费。高端水果是易腐食品，其具有价格高、易腐败的特点，因此高端水果的质量监测对于食品生产企业、物流企业乃至消费者都至关重要。基于高端水果质量监测的物流管理，能在整个物流环节实时掌握高端水果的信息，及时调整物流方案，减少运输时间的浪费，降低水果的损失，提高消费者的满意度，有利于可持续发展。本文首先研究了冷链物流和易腐食品的相关理论，介绍了现存的质量监测的技术， PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文了解到高端水果较昂贵，不易存放，需要冷链物流在低温环境下进行运输。其次，本文对影响高端水果质量的因素进行研究，发现外部因素和内部因素共同影响其质量，货架期是直接反映水果质量的因素，温度是外部因素的重要内容，因此本文重点对货架期和温度进行研究。再者，本文以车厘子为例提出了高端水果的货架期预测模型。选择了 K-means 聚类算法对多品种水果进行温度管理，计算出了最佳储存温度，为冷链物流中的温度管理提供参考。最后，本文构建了智能冷链物流信息系统的框架以实现更好的质量监测。 关键词：高端水果；冷链物流；货架期；温度管理；质量监测 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT IV北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文Research on Quality Monitoring Technology in High-end Fruit Logistics Information SystemAbstractWith the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the increasing purchasing power of consumers, more and more people can consume high-end fruits in daily life.
