I供给侧结构性改革视角下服装制造业现状与转型对策研究——以东莞市为例内 容 摘 要在供给侧结构性改革背景下，作为转型升级中的服装制造业，影响其发展的主要因素是生产成本的上升，库存量的提高等等。本文通过对东莞市服装制造业企业进行问卷的调查在供给侧改革视角下，东莞市服装制造业与传统的服装制造业相比较，其供应链更加的完善，营销的手段更加的多样。传统的服装制造业的人工成本会比较高，但现在东莞市利用智能化生产，降低了不必要的人工成本。通过 SWOT 分析的方法来进行分析东莞市服装制造业在国内外的竞争压力下，其存在的地理位置和知名度比较高的优势，没有自主独立的品牌的劣势，国内的发展的潜力机会和其他城市竞争的威胁。本文研究结果表明，现在的服装生产大多数是智能化制造，生产速度大大提升。营销的渠道也不再是单一的实体销售，现在都是在网上多平台的销售。创立自主的品牌，提升东莞市的影响力。本文为东莞市服装制造业的转型升级提出的建设性意义。关键词：服装制造业；传统服装制造业；转型升级；东莞市IIResearch on the Current Situation and Transformation Strategy of Clothing Manufacturing Industry from the Perspective of Supply-side Structural Reform——Take Dongguan City as an exampleAbstract In the context of supply-side structural reforms, as a garment manufacturing industry undergoing transformation and upgrading, the main factors affecting its development are rising production costs, increased inventory, etc. Through a questionnaire survey on Dongguan's apparel manufacturing enterprises, this article compares the traditional apparel manufacturing industry with a more complete supply chain and more diversified marketing methods.
