I连锁零售企业库存合理化探讨摘 要对连锁零售企业而言，存货等同于企业的命脉，存货在企业中占有大量的营运资本。库存管理的质量影响企业的资本链，进而影响企业的效益。因此库存的管理与企业能力密切相关。只有合理的库存量，才能够尽量少地占用企业流动资金，使得企业有足够资金用以开拓市场和扩张规模。本文旨在对连锁零售企业库存合理化进行探究。首先是明确库存的意义和库存合理化的重要性，其次是分析超市的销售和库存现状，找出企业扩大库存的原因以及库存扩大导致商品过剩的危害，通过借鉴国外著名连锁零售企业的库存管理方式，提出实现库存合理化的方案。关键词：企业；库存；管理；零售；连锁IIResearch on Stock Rationalization of Chain Retail EnterprisesAbstractFor chain retail enterprises, inventory is the lifeblood of the enterprise, which occupies a large amount of working capital. The quality of inventory management affects the capital chain of the enterprise, and then affects the benefit of the enterprise. Therefore, the management of inventory is closely related to the operational capacity of the enterprise. Only the reasonable stock quantity can occupy the enterprise liquidity fund as little as possible, make the enterprise have enough funds to develop the market and expand the scale.The purpose of this paper is to study the stock rationalization of chain retail enterprises.
