摘 要当前,经济社会正处于深入变革的时代,酒店间的竞争愈演愈烈。酒店要想在激烈竞争中取胜,除了有好产品及广阔的市场之外,更重要的是拥有一支优秀的人才队伍。文章以宁德富力万达嘉华酒店为研究对象,从员工培训相关理论入手,通过问卷调查归纳总结出酒店新入职员工培训存在培训对象学历低,文化素质不高;培训机会少,培训得不到重视;培训师专业能力欠缺;酒店培训内容与新入职员工所想接受的培训内容不符;培训后较少对新入职员工进行评估;新入职员工参与培训积极性低,缺乏激励政策等问题。对此,本文提出了重视新入职员工培训、加强新入职员工培训的前期准备工作、进行培训师队伍建设、改进新入职员工培训内容、完善新入职员工培训评估机制、完善新入职员工培训的激励制度等对策。关键词:高端酒店;新入职员工;培训;解决对策AbstractAt present, the Economic Society is in the era of deep transformation, the competition among hotels is increasingly fierce.
