题 目: 60000m³/d 城市污水处理厂设计 60000m³/d 城市污水处理厂设计摘 要:某县城生活污水产生量约为 60000m3/d,其中设计进水水质为 CODCr=450mg/L;BOD5=260mg/L;SS=270mg/L;NH3-N=45mg/L;TN=55mg/L;TP=5.0mg/L;pH=7-8。通过对污水水质进行可生化性分析,最终得出污水的可生化性比较好,可以采用生物处理的方法进行污水处理。本次设计核心生化处理部分采用 MSBR 工艺,格栅、泵房、曝气沉砂池等为预处理第一部分;MSBR 工艺反应池为第二部分;高密度澄清池、转盘滤池、紫外消毒池作为第三部分;污泥处理系统作为第四部分。经过处理后的出水水质,可以稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中的一级 A 标准。关键词:生活污水;MSBR 工艺;污染物;PAGE \* MERGEFORMATIDesign of 60000m3/d municipal sewage treatment plantAbstract:The output of domestic sewage in a county is about 60000m3/d, among which the designed inlet water quality is CODCr=450mg/L. Through the analysis of the biodegradability of sewage water quality, it is concluded that the biodegradability of sewage is better, and the method of biological treatment can be adopted for sewage treatment. MSBR process is adopted in the core biochemical treatment part of the design. The grid, pump room and aerated sand settling tank are the first part of the pretreatment. MSBR process reaction pool is the second part. The high density clarifier, rotary table filter and ultraviolet disinfection tank are the third part. The sludge treatment system is the fourth part.
