比亚迪 F3 轿车转向器设计摘要本课题是对比亚迪 F3 轿车转向器的设计。目前人们使用的汽车中,转向系统是关键部分之一。汽车转向系统可以为驾驶员在任何路况、任何速度下实现对汽车的良好操纵,并且能够加强汽车在各种形式状况下的安全性,改善了驾驶员和轿车乘客的乘车条件,这是保证汽车在路面能被安全驾驶的重要部件。本次这项设计是参考现阶段转向器研究已有的系统,根据其工作原理进行分析,调查收集设计目标车辆的性能参数,通过现阶段汽车研究的成果进行设计。本次这项设计主要分为:转向系统的概述,比亚迪 F3 轿车转向系统的主要性能参数的收集和确定,轿车齿轮齿条转向器的设计以及相关部件的校核,对转向系统中其他零部件的设计,最后运用绘图软件进行转向器模型的绘制。关键词:比亚迪 F3;转向系统;齿轮齿条Steering gear design of BYD F3AbstractThis project is to design the steering gear of BYD F3.
