北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计比亚迪 F3 轿车制动器设计摘 要本设计先进行了该课题相关目地以及意义的研究探讨。然后从制动器的功能和设计要求出发。根据查阅相关资料获得的比亚迪 F3 轿车参数,对方案进行了论证。经过对比了其余几种制动器后,本设计选择了浮钳盘式制动器。在确定制动器形式方案后对汽车的整车基本参数进行计算。得到基本参数后进行制动盘设计。计算了制动盘直径、制动盘厚度、制动衬块面积等等。在制动管路的选择上,本设计选用了液压驱动机构和 X 型双管路系统。最后通过 3个制动性能评价指标来检测设计是否达标。关键词:制动器;同步附着系数;制动盘;制动钳北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计AbstractThis design first carries on the research and discussion of the related purpose and significance of this subject. Then it starts from the function and design requirements of the brake. According to the parameters of BYD F3 car obtained by consulting relevant data, the scheme is demonstrated.After comparing the other brakes, the floating caliper disc brake is selected in this design. The basic parameters of the vehicle are calculated after the brake form scheme is determined. After getting the basic parameters, design the brake disc. The diameter of the brake disc, the thickness of the brake disc and the area of the brake pad are calculated.In the selection of brake pipeline, this design selects hydraulic driving mechanism and X-type double pipeline system.
