从校园欺凌看我国未成年人刑事司法制度改革【摘要】这些年来不断被媒体曝光的校园欺凌事件，使得对未成年人的刑事司法制度成为了整个社会的关注焦点。由于未成年人犯罪具有其特殊性，其与成年人犯罪截然不同，而目前我国刑法是针对成年人犯罪而制定的，因此我们需要结合未成年人犯罪的特点和趋势制定适合他们发展与成长的刑事司法制度。本文将通过介绍美国、德国、日本等国家的未成年人刑事司法制度，与我国未成年人刑事司法制度进行横向比较，探索出我国未成年人刑事司法制度的改革前景。【关键词】未成年人犯罪 犯罪特点 刑事司法制度 改革方向On the Reform of the Criminal Justice System for Juveniles in Our Country from Bullying on Campus【Abstract】 The bullying incident on campus, which has been exposed by the media over the years, has made the criminal justice system for minors a focus of attention of the entire community. Because juvenile delinquency has its peculiarity, it is very different from adult crime. At present, criminal law of our country is formulated for adult crime. Therefore, we need to formulate the most suitable law of juvenile delinquency for development and growth Criminal justice system.
