比较法视野下我国工时制度存在问题及对策研究摘 要工时制度设计不仅深刻影响着经济发展,而且与劳动者身心健康息息相关。然而,我国当前立法层面高标准的工时制度设计,与当前社会经济发展状况极其不匹配。有鉴于此,笔者从我国当前工时制度的立法与实践状况出发,深入剖析当前工时制度存在的问题,并适当借鉴外国的立法与实践经验,以期对完善我国的工时制度有所裨益。【关键词】工时制度 比较法 立法完善 监督机制AbstractThe design of working hour system is not only a profound impact on the economic development, but also closely related to the physical and mental health of workers. However, China's current legislation of working hours system design is in high standard, which does not match with the current situation of development of social economy.
