摘 要随着酒店行业在市场经济中竞争越来越激烈,酒店越来越意识到顾客对餐饮的消费已经逐渐从满足生理需求的物质消费到个性化的体验消费,如何提高酒店餐饮的个性化服务水平并实施个性化服务将成为酒店有效提高服务质量和核心竞争力的重要因素。也是未来酒店发展的趋势。为此,通过对厦门万豪酒店及会议中心餐饮开展实地考察与问卷调查进行研究,从个性化服务水平的角度,查找发现其缺乏个性化服务意识等存在问题,分析研究影响其餐饮个性化服务水平的相关原因,并针对不同的影响个性化服务水平的因素提出厦门万豪酒店及会议中心餐饮个性化服务水平的提升对策措施。关键词:餐饮;个性化;服务水平Abstract With the increasingly fierce competition in the hotel industry under the market economy conditions, hotels are increasingly aware that customers' consumption of food and beverage has gradually changed from material consumption to personalized experience consumption.
