摘 要在经济水平不断提高和科技飞速发展的时代,企业存货管理的方式也在不断的完善,且在企业的经营活动中发挥了不可替代的作用。因为存货管理的效果直接影响了企业的盈利状况和市场的竞争力,所以加强企业企业的存货管理,提高存货周转率,有效做好存货控制,是企业管理工作必不可少的内容。但是,很多企业不够重视存货管理工作,不愿耗费人力、物力在存货管理上。以至于存货管理问题突出、企业的资产运行效率得不到提高,对企业的发展有一定限制。因此,本文以存货管理为重点,以成都四相致新科技有限公司为例,对该公司存货管理中存在的存货资金占用量大、信息系统不完备、人员能力不足、制度不够健全等进行探讨。同时,本文根据成都四相致新科技有限公司的存货管理组织架构、存货营运状况和存货资金占比等特点,提出健全存货管理制度、提升信息系统机能、提高存货管理人员的能力等一系列的措施。通过完善存货管理的制度,实施严格的内部控制,进行科学决策,这样有利于降低企业存货成本,提高企业的效益和扩大市场份额,最终实现经济利益的流入。关键词:电子通讯企业 ;存货管理;存货制度;存货控制AbstractIn the era of continuous improvement of economic level and rapid development of science and technology, the way of enterprise inventory management is constantly improving, and plays an irreplaceable role in the business activities of enterprises.
