民营企业财务管理状况的调查研究—以广东众志钢构工程有限公司为例摘 要 1978 年以来，我国不断完善发展的市场经济制度让民营企业得到了突飞猛进的发展，为我国的经济增长，促进就业以及社会稳定做出了巨大的贡献，民营企业的地位在我国市场经济中日益重要。但是我国绝大数的民营企业的发展并不顺利，据统计我国民营企业的寿命只有几年，企业的财务管理和企业发展的速度不同步是制约民营企业发展的主要原因。本文以广东众志钢构有限公司为研究对象，并将本文分为四个章节。第一章导言介绍了写作的背景和财务管理的相关理论概述。第二章介绍了广东众志钢构有限公司的基本情况，阐述了广东众志钢构工程有限公司财务管理存在的问题，并对存在的问题进行了分析。第四章针对第三章的问题提出相应的对策。关键字： 民营企业 财务管理 状况Abstract Since 1978, China's continuous improvement of the development of the market economy system for private enterprise has been rapid development for China's economic growth, employment and social stability has made tremendous contributions to the status of private enterprises in China's market economy is increasingly important .
