摘 要 三 重 基 序 蛋 白 25 (Tripartite motif-containing protein 25, TRIM25)在 鱼 非 特异 性 免 疫 中 发 挥 关 键 作 用 。 本 实 验 通 过 在 大 黄 鱼 饲 料 中 添 加 不 同比 例 中 草 药 复 方 （ 太 子 参 、 巴 戟 、 当 归 、 枸 杞 、 茯 苓 、 白 术 等 ） ，饲 喂 30 天 后 ， 以 脾 脏 组 织 为 实 验 材 料 ， 通 过 实 时 荧 光 定 量 PCR技术 ， 分 析 饲 喂 中 草 药 后 TRIM25 基 因 的 相 对 表 达 变 化 。 结 果 显 示 :与 对 照 组 相 比 ， 各 实 验 组 中 该 基 因 的 表 达 均 出 现 了 不 同 程 度 的 下降 （ E5 组 除 外 ） ， E3 组 的 表 达 量 下 降 最 多 （ 64% ） ， 其 次 是 E1 组（ 47% ） ， E5 组 的 表 达 量 比 对 照 组 升 高 19% ， 但 每 组 之 间 无 显 著性 差 异 (P > 0.05)。 本 研 究 结 果 为 中 草 药 作 为 饵 料 添 加 剂 在 大 黄鱼 饲 料 中 的 应 用 提 供 了 基 础 数 据 ， 也 为 中 草 药 作 为 鱼 类 免 疫 增 强剂 提 供 了 前 期 研 究 基 础 。关 键 词 ： 大 黄 鱼 ； 中 草 药 ； TRIM25 Abstract Tripartite motif containing protein 25 (trim25) plays a key part in innate immunity of fish. In this experiment, the relative expression of trim25 gene was analyzed by adding different proportion of Chinese herbal compound (Radix Pseudostellariae, Morinda officinalis, angelica, wolfberry, Poria cocos, Atractylodes macrocephala) to the feed of large yellow croaker, and feeding it for 30 days.
