摘 要校园欺凌的有关新闻近年来似有爆发之势，相关现象成为社会、政府与公众重点关注的焦点之一。我国校园欺凌角色大致分为旁观者、欺凌者和被欺凌者，欺凌类型大致分为语言欺凌、肢体欺凌、间接欺凌(关系欺凌)、反击型欺凌。我国校园里普遍存在着校园欺凌的现象，原因在于绝大部分学生、家长以及老师对校园欺凌问题的认识严重不足，且解决校园欺凌事件的解决方法少之又少。本文通过问卷调查、网上查阅以及访谈得知校园欺凌行为在甘肃省的各学校普遍存在，且欺凌多数涉及金钱利益，受害主体多以“老实学生”为主，校园欺凌存在鲜为人知的薄弱面，因此，本文试图从思想政治教育角度深入探究甘肃省中小学校园欺凌问题，对欺凌的构成要件逐个进行重点分析，对欺凌的危害加以总结，根据甘肃省欺凌现状提出对策，以生命教育、人文关怀、心理疏导等思想政治教育手段为甘肃省中小学校园欺凌防治路径提供参考。关键词：校园欺凌；构成要件；防治路径；甘肃省中小学；政治教育ABSTRACTSIn recent years, the news about school bullying seems to be exploding, and the related phenomenon has become one of the focal points of the society, the government and the public.
