摘 要三重基序蛋白 25 (Tripartite motif-containing protein 25, TRIM25) 在先天免疫反应中发挥重要作用。本实验通过在大黄鱼饲料中添加不同比例中草药复方(太子参、巴戟、当归、枸杞、茯苓、白术等),饲喂 30 天后,以大黄鱼肾脏组织为实验材料,通过实时荧光定量 PCR 技术分析饲喂中草药后 TRIM25 基因的相对表达变化。结果显示:与对照组相比,各实验组中该基因的表达均出现了不同程度的下降(E2 组除外),E3 组的表达量下降最多(81%),其次是 E1 组(68%),E5 组的表达量比对照组升高 654%,但是各组间均无显著性差异(P 大于0.05)。本研究结果为中草药作为饵料添加剂在大黄鱼饲料中的应用提供了基础数据,也为中草药作为鱼类免疫增强剂提供了前期研究基础。关键词:大黄鱼;太子参提取物;TRIM25Abstract TheThe three fold motif protein 25 (Tripartite motif-containing protein25, TRIM25) plays an important role in innate immune response. In thisexperiment, by adding different proportions of Chinese herbal compound(Radix pseudosciae, Radix Morindae, angelica, wolfberry, Poria,Atractylodes macrocephala) in large yellow croaker feed, 30 days later,the kidney tissue of Pseudosciaena crocea was used as exper imentalmaterial. The relative expression of TRIM25 gene after feeding Chineseherbal medicine was analyzed by real-time quantitative PCR.
