毕 业 论 文 中 文 摘 要城市老旧小区中的社区参与研究我国全面深化改革的总体目标是完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度，由党的十八届三中全会所提出，其本质是推进国家治理体系及治理能力现代化。现代社会广泛关注新的社会管理模式，这为城市社区治理提供了前进目标。在社会学研究领域中一直存在一个古典课题，那就是社区治理，它是对社区参与以及社区治理过程中存在的问题进行消解的研究，其研究对于我国在新时期社区建设发展过程以及建设内生型的公民参与具有重要的意义。社区治理作为在国家层面治理体系中的一个重要环节，它是以公平参与水平的提升来优化社区治理能力，是全面深化改革的重要目标，它对于国家治理能力的现代化进程尤为重要。基于此，笔者以 A 小区为例，基于 A 小区的发展现状深入分析社区参与所面临的问题及影响因素，进而提出老旧小区社区参与的发展对策。关键词：老旧小区；社区参与；发展对策毕 业 论 文 外 文 摘 要Study on community participation in the old urban communityAbstract ： In the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee ， the general goal of China's comprehensive deepening reform is to improve and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics ， promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.
