I高校大学生自主实习中劳动权益保护的研究内 容 摘 要随着社会不断进步,经济的发展,素质教育水平也随之提高。在各大高校,大学生出于各种原因,进行实习。除了学校统一的实习活动,现在越来越多学生为了满足自身的需求,选择自己主动联系校外企业,自行与企业进行协商,在企业中进行工作和学习。但进行自主实习的大学生在法律上无法被认定为劳动者,所以在实习过程中不受劳动法保护,造成大学生在自主实习过程中劳动权益时常受到侵害,且维权困难。针对这一现状,本文将从自主实习的定义和自主实习过程中大学生的劳动权益保护情况入手,调查广州工商学院大学生自主实习中劳动权益的基本状况与诉求,以了解全国大学生劳动权益受侵害的情况,以此为基础提出关于保护大学生自主实习中劳动权益的建议。关键词:自主实习;劳动权益;高校大学生IIResearch on the Protection of Labor Rights and Interests in University Students' Independent PracticeAbstractWith the continuous progress of society and economic development, the level of quality education has also increased.
