城市就业问题研究摘要:就业是民生之本,就业问题是关系中国改革发展稳定大局的重要事情。一方面,就业问题解决得好坏,直接影响改革、发展和社会稳定;另一方面,就业问题的形成和发展、就业问题的解决,又受到宏观经济和社会环境的制约。从这个意义上说,有必要牢固树立就业问题需要综合治理的观念,不能就就业论就业而必须把就业问题置于宏观经济和社会发展大系统之中。基于上述认识,本文探讨城市劳动力就业现状、影响因素及对策建议,旨在促进我国城市就业问题趋向合理化发展。关键字:就业问题;城市就业;对策建议Abstract: employment is vital to people's livelihood, employment problem is the relationship between reform, development and stability of China's most important things. On the one hand, the employment problem solving is good or bad, directly affect the reform, development and social stability; On the other hand, the formation and development of the employment problem and the solution of employment problems and restricted by macro economic and social environment.
