采煤机电缆拖拽装置传动部件应力分析摘要:在采煤机工作过程中,圆环链作为采煤机电缆拖拽装置的牵引构件,其性能优劣将直接影响煤矿的煤炭产量。本文以圆环链为研究对象,结合实际工况,对圆环链的材料属性进行定义,建立了圆环链的有限元分析模型。在圆环链上分别施加70kN,105kN 和 140kN 载荷,进行加载试验,研究表明:随着负载的增加,链条 Mises 应力基本呈线性趋势增长;受力加载后链环的圆弧段所受应力较大,易产生断裂及塑性变形问题,应定期对圆环链进行检修,该研究对提高采煤机电缆拖拽系统工作效率提供理论依据。关键字:采煤机电缆;圆环链;有限元法;应力分析;中图分类号: 文献标识码:Stress Analysis of Transmission Components of Shearer Cable Dragging DeviceAbstract: As a towing device of shearer cable dragging device, the merits of circular chain will directly affect coal production in coal mines.
