北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计奥园商城的优化设计——奥园商城的平面布置与优化设计奥园商城的平面布置与优化设计摘 要研究商城的选址与设施规划问题有利于商城的合理经营，提高竞争力，提高营利等。因此，奥园商城的平面布置与优化设计有一定的实际价值。本文主要针对奥园商城设施规划及布置方面的问题进行研究，利用工业工程各学科所学知识，结合实地考察 、SLP、flexsim 仿真对奥园商城进行平面布置与优化设计，提出优化方案并做出最佳选择以提高奥园商城设施规划的合理性。本设计的主要内容有：1.利用定性与定量相结合的方法对奥园商城平面布置与设计进行现状分析；2.对奥园商城进行 SLP 分析，提出三个平面布置改善方案，利用加权因素法对三个方案进行评价择优。3.对奥园商城销售区域补货流程进行 flexsim 仿真。关键词：平面布置、优化设计、flexsim 仿真分析。北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Layout and optimization design of Aoyuan mallAbstractThe study of the location and facility planning of the mall is conducive to the rational operation of the mall, the improvement of competitiveness, and the improvement of profitability.
