财务共享下房地产企业资金管理问题及对策的探讨摘 要伴随着经济的全球化，在我国，房地产行业因此越来越火，企业数量也逐渐增加。同时各房地产企业也在不断扩大规模，在多地下设分公司、子公司，从而使大型的房地产企业数量在不断增加。然而许多房地产企业只记得追求规模上的扩大，却忘记了及时跟进财务管理的更新。在房地产企业之间竞争尤其激烈的现在，大型的房地产企业都非常重视自身的财务管理水平，而加强资金管理，使资金为企业带来最大利益又是财务管理的重中之重。在大数据背景下，传统的资金管理模式已经不能满足现代大型房地产企业的发展，而财务共享作为大数据背景的产物，已然成为了大型房地产企业财务管理的新模式。本文着重讨论与已实行财务共享的房地产企业相关的问题，文章首先分析了财务共享、资金管理的含义及财务共享对企业资金管理的意义，然后在此基础上分析房地产企业资金管理的现状和目前存在的问题，最后基于房地产企业目前的问题提出对策，以帮助企业进一步加强对于资金的管理。关键词：房地产企业；财务共享；资金管理Discussion on Problems and Countermeasures of Fund Management of Large Real Estate Enterprises under Financial SharingAbstractWith the economic globalization, in China, the real estate industry has become more and more popular, and the number of enterprises has gradually increased.
