本科论文摘 要在经济全球化背景下，随着企业规模不断扩大、大型企业集团迅速增加，跨国企业纷纷崭露头角，财务共享服务中心管理模式应运而生。财务共享服务中心在一定程度上可以实现企业运营成本和工作效率的优化，经过理论不断完善和企业实践检验，财务共享服务中心不仅广泛应用于国外众多大型企业集团，国内企业也开始普遍采用这一财务管理模式。中兴通讯股份有限公司是我国较早引入财务共享服务中心的企业，论文以中兴通讯为案例对财务共享服务中心进行绩效评价研究，采用平衡记分卡方法，构建财务共享服务中心绩效评价体系，对中兴通讯财务共享服务中心绩效管理存在的一系列问题及其原因进行探析并提出建议，总结出适用于我国企业财务共享服务中心绩效评价措施。关键字：财务共享服务中心，绩效评价，平衡计分卡本科论文AbstractWith economic globalization as background and the continuous expansion of enterprise scale, the rapid increasing number of large enterprises, popular emergence of multinational enterprises, the management mode of financial sharing service center comes into being accordingly. Financial sharing service center can optimize the operating cost and work efficiency of enterprises to a certain extent. After continuous theoretical improvement and practice applications, financial sharing service center is not only widely used in many large foreign enterprises, but also widely adopted by domestic enterprises. ZTE is one of the Chinese enterprises that introduced financial sharing service center earlier. This paper takes ZTE as an example to study the performance evaluation of financial sharing service center.
