项目监理公司向项目管理公司转型研究——以南通 HT 监理公司为例摘 要建设工程监理制是我国改革开放以来借鉴国外建设工程项目管理经验而建立起来的一项工程建设管理制度。随着我国加入和市场化进程不断加快，工程项目投资方式和项目管理方式发生了深刻的变化，使局限于施工阶段的工程监理已不能满足建设项目全方位、全过程管理服务的需求，监理企业应尽快向项目管理公司转型，探求出适合监理公司长远发展的新道路，以提高市场竞争力。本文通过分析我国工程监理的发展现状及存在的问题，提出监理企业未来发展方向应是向项目管理公司转型。根据监理公司的实际运行情况、目前所面临的内部与外部环境，运用工具分析了监理公司转型项目管理公司所具有的优势和劣势，机会与威胁，论证了向项目管理公司转型的可行性，并提出了相应的应对策略。本文以南通 HT 监理公司为研究对象，对其向项目管理公司转型进行案例分析。结合监理公司自身的特点，指出监理公司向项目管理公司转型的思路。通过法对南通 HT 监理公司优势、劣势、机会、挑战等因素进行深入的分析，提出其转型的必要性和可行性，并梳理出可行的转型路径，再对南通 HT 监理公司向项目管理转型的能力评估，从而判断其转型的可操作性，以此进一步提出转型的方案以及相关具体建议，确保企业战略目标的实现。关键词：监理公司；项目管理公司；转型ABSTRACTThe construction supervision system is a project construction management system which has been established by the experience of foreign construction project management since the reform and opening up.
