I山东大学硕士学位论文摘要刑事法律援助制度对于刑事被告人和犯罪嫌疑人的权益保障发挥着相当重要的作用，在未成年人刑事案件中尤其如此。伴随着我国刑事诉讼制度的不断完善，我国未成年人刑事法律援助质量不断提升，取得了长足的进步，但实践中也存在着一些问题，亟待加以解决。本文通过对未成年人刑事法律援助制度在实践中的运行状况及其存在的问题进行实地调研以及对有关数据资料的收集分析，研究了我国未成年人刑事法律援助制度的完善措施。第一部分主要论述了刑事法律援助制度的作用和价值，并对相关法律法规进行了详细分析，指出法律援助工作的现实意义和实施状况。第二部分对现阶段公安司法机关为未成年人刑事案件所提供的法律援助实践进行深入考察，分析实际操作中所存在的不足之处，并剖析其成因。第三部分针对我国法律援助制度相关的法律法规及其适用实践中的问题，探求合理的改善方案和对策。第四部分对本论文的研究进行综合整理，并对国内刑事法律援助工作的发展提出期望，希望随着国内刑事法律援助工作的完善，可以更好地为刑事案件中的未成年人提供法律帮助。关键词：未成年人；刑事法律援助；权利保障；现状；完善II山东大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACTCriminal legal aid system to protect the interests of the accused and criminal suspects to give certain judicial assistance, which in our country in the trial process has a pivotal role.Criminal legal aid work has also become an important link in the judicial work in our country.
