北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计以对叔丁基苯甲酸和甲醇为原料生产对叔丁基苯甲酸甲酯工厂设计以对叔丁基苯甲酸和甲醇为原料生产对叔丁基苯甲酸甲酯工厂设计摘要对叔丁基苯甲酸甲酯是一种前景很好的精细有机化工原料,被广泛用于化妆品、医药等领域。本设计分析了对叔丁基苯甲酸甲酯在国内的生产现状和下游的需求,对其生产方法进行了详细的分析,最终选取了以硫酸为催化剂生产对叔丁基苯甲酸甲酯的生产工艺。本设计主要对以对叔丁基苯甲酸和甲醇为原料生产对叔丁基苯甲酸甲酯的工厂进行设计,详细地进行了工艺的选择,对流程中的进料预热器、粗分精馏塔、精制精馏塔、催化剂回收精馏塔进行了物料衡算和热量衡算,用 Aspen Plus V11 对全流程进行模拟,并对粗分精馏塔进行塔板数、回流比和进料板位置进行了优化,并且对塔进行水力学校核,得到一个高效率的精馏塔。最后,绘制了本工厂设计的工艺物料流程图(PFD 图)、管道及仪表流程图(P&ID 图)、塔设备条件图、车间布置图以及厂区图。关键词:对叔丁基苯甲酸甲酯;Aspen Plus;酯化反应;防晒剂I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Design of a plant to produce Methyl 4-tert-butylbenzoate using 4-tert-Butylbenzoic acid and methanol as raw materialsAbstractMethyl 4-tert-butylbenzoate is a fine organic chemical raw material with good prospects and has significant impact in cosmetics,medical applications area and so on.
