题 目: PP/PET/SEBS-g-MAH 共混体系的力学性能研究 摘要:氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物接枝马来酸酐(SEBS-g-MAH)是聚丙烯(PP)与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)共混体系中最好的相容剂。改变氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物接枝马来酸酐以及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的含量通过干燥箱、注塑机、以及拉伸机和冲击试验机来测试氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物接枝马来酸酐/聚丙烯/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯体系的力学性能。经对比发现,当氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物接枝马来酸酐含量不变时,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯在含量为 25%左右时为该体系最佳配比,其拉伸性能和抗冲击性能最佳。选聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的最佳配比,改变氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物接枝马来酸酐的含量后发现,在其含量为 5%时,为体系的最佳配比。该体系力学性能最好。关键词:氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物接枝马来酸酐/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 注塑 拉伸 冲击Abstract: Hydrogenated styrene - butadiene block copolymer grafted maleic anhydride (SEBS - g - MAH) polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) the best compatilizer of blend system. The mechanical properties of hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer maleic anhydride and polyethylene terephthalate were tested by means of drying boxes, injection molding machines, and stretching machines and impact testing machines to test the mechanical properties of the hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymer grafted maleic anhydride/polypropylene terephthalate system. By contrast, found that when the hydrogenated styrene - butadiene block copolymer grafted maleic anhydride content is constant, polyethylene terephthalate when content is about 25% as the best ratio of the system, the tensile properties and impact resistant performance best.
