本科论文摘 要随着我国经济的快速增长，港口油品码头的发展也十分迅速，因此对于各种油品的需求量也在不断增加。因为油品本身具有易燃易爆的化学性质，所以一旦发生火灾、爆炸等事故，就会对生命、财产和环境造成重大的损失。近年来各种油品码头爆炸的事故频发对社会造成了不好的影响。因此，及时对油品码头进行安全评价具有十分重要的意义。本论文运用安全检查表法和事故树分析法对油品码头进行安全评价，分析出各种可能引发事故的危险因素，对每个环节进行定性、定量的安全评价，并提出相应的防范措施避免各种事故的发生，尽最大努力保证生命财产安全。通过对所提出的各种危险因素进行防范，同时对操作人员进行安全教育。排查各种安全隐患，科学分析事故原因，制定有效的处置办法。我相信油品码头的安全性会更加稳固，更加规范。因此也更有利于社会的安全稳定，保证人员以及财产的安全，有效的进行安全生产。关键词：油品码头；危险因素；安全检查表；防范措施本科论文AbstractWith the rapid growth of China's economy, the development of port oil terminals is also very rapid, so the demand for various oil products is also increasing.
