题 目安徽省矿业采购管理问题探讨摘 要由于矿业行业的特殊性，行业内所有企业无论是采购原材料还是设备物资，都要耗费高昂的经费成本，因此，物资采购的成本和质量与物资采购工作的效率对矿山企业的盈亏状况起着决定性作用。面对这一事实，矿业企业必须加强对物资采购工作的重视，进一步完善物资采购的控制管理制度，使矿业行业采购过程有据可依提高矿业企业的盈利能力。本文以安徽省矿业企业在新能源产业的冲击下发展日益艰难，甚至要进入停摆状态为背景。通过文献研究和问卷调查的方式，对安徽省几个矿业企业采购管理进行研究，发现安徽省矿业企业采购管理工作中存在有：矿业资源需求量大，开发过度；采购成本高，利润低；矿产资源分布分散，开采难度高；矿业资源供不应求等问题。在此基础上对矿业企业采购管理方面所暴露的问题进行深入研究，分析出现这些问题的根本原因，进而找出解决这些问题的对策。本文旨在为安徽省矿业企业采购管理成本节约方面提供借鉴作用，从而促进行业的可持续发展。关键词：矿业企业；矿产资源；采购管理；采购成本ABSTRACTDue to the particularity of the mining industry, all enterprises in the industry, whether purchasing raw materials or equipment and materials, have to spend a high cost of funds.
